Marina Frapa Rogoznica is one of the largest and most beautiful marinas on the Mediterranean. It has already been voted the best large Croatian marina 15 times. It also holds the Blue Flag and is a member of the Green Sail ecological movement, which is responsible for protecting the seas and coasts.
One of the most famous sights, the Dragon Eye Lake, is located directly behind the marina on the Gradina peninsula. The marina is not only one of the most beautiful, but also one of the safest marinas in this area. The boats are supervised 24 hours a day. The entrance is under video surveillance.
The marina is equipped with parking spaces, port office, electricity and water connection, sanitary facilities (shower + toilet), laundry, gas (bottle), petrol station (opening hours: high season 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., low season 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). There is also the possibility to make use of the numerous yacht services, such as B. Emergency repairs, maintenance of boats and equipment, refurbishment.
Split airport is 35 km and Zadar airport 110 km from the marina. There are very good bus connections from both airports with which the marina can be reached. Of course, you also have the option of using a rental car.
The former fishing village has numerous beaches and bays.
Rogoznica is located on the west coast of Dalmatia and has a modern part of town on the mainland and an old part of town on the island of Kopara. The two districts are connected by a spectacular causeway. The old town offers stone houses worth seeing, a parish church and traditional taverns. Both the old and the modern part of Rogoznica offer a wide gastronomic offer. Due to the numerous bars and clubs, there is also a lively nightlife here.
