The SCT Marina Trogir is an ideal starting point for a sailing holiday in Croatia. It is located in the central part of the Adriatic coast on the former shipyard site. The marina is well protected in a bay and has plenty of space between the jetties, which makes mooring and casting off easier. From there, the well-known islands of Brac, Vis and Hvar can be reached very easily and are ideal for a day trip.
The region around the SCT Marina has a very good infrastructure. There are several supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Split airport is only 6 km away from the marina.
The marina is equipped with reception, water and electricity connection, toilets and showers, laundry, bar, hairdresser, maintenance and repair of ships, floating crane, floating docks, equipment quay. Paid parking with full-time surveillance is also available.
To avoid confusion, it is good to know that SCT Marina Trogir is right in front of ACI Marina Trogir. The Ina gas station is a good reference point here. It is right at the intersection of the two marinas.
The town of Trogir in Central Dalmatia is west of Split. Trogir has a historic old town that has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. The south-eastern part of the old town is connected to the island of Ciovo by a drawbridge, which is no longer open to shipping. In the medieval city center there are numerous buildings worth seeing, e.g. the castle, several churches as well as castles and historic residential buildings.
